Ocean Strand is a 14-acre property of the Greater Boca Raton Beach and Park District, sited between Spanish River Boulevard and Palmetto Park Road on A1A and stretching from the beach to the Intracoastal. Phase I covers the 11 acres west of A1A: a walking trail, cleared invasive vegetation, and new benches and picnic tables that turn the site into a passive, pedestrian park along the water.
