A historic-preservation landscape for the Delray Beach Community Redevelopment Agency on North Swinton Avenue, restoring the grounds around two rehabilitated wood-frame structures: a front-gabled bungalow and a two-story building with Bahamian shutters. Staked royal palms, concrete walks, and layered foundation plantings, including clipped hedges and flowering ixora, settle the buildings back into their historic block. The project earned a Historic Merit Award from the Delray Beach Community Redevelopment Agency and the Delray Beach Historic Preservation Board.
