On a prime intracoastal lot, the design prioritizes the view while building a strong sense of arrival. A long rectangular pool aligns with the waterway, its coping set flush with the lawn so nothing interrupts the sightline. At the street, a symmetrical forecourt of pavers and low planting makes the approach calm and unhurried. The palette of pale stone, green turf, and tall palms is spare by intention, leaving the water and sky dominant.
