This commercial commission works in three registers at once: a ground-level streetscape of bird-of-paradise and banana that draws pedestrians toward the entry, a vertical living wall that doubles as landmark and wayfinding, and a rooftop terrace of specimen trees in oversized planters. Together they bring real greenery to a dense urban block on the Atlantic Avenue corridor.
